A parchment mask

Debs and I had our first trip of the year down to the New Forest to Judith Maslen's workshop on Saturday.  As always we thoroughly enjoyed the day and came back tired but contented with our efforts.

As always we had two brand new patterns to work with and here is the first one completed.  I am still working on the second pattern.

Judith showed us a slightly different way of colouring which she had seen demonstrated. I was pleased with my effort on the rosebud but not so happy with the larger rose.  But let's face it - at least we weren't  using felt tips. Phew!!!

  3. I really like this design and I think the roses are lovely. Seen both yours and Debs and you both did really well considering the short time you had to work on them.
