Wet and windswept France

I had a busy trip to France for some much needed R & R and shopping.  It was wet and windy but good fun.
Here are a couple of photos. 1st - Saturday market in Boulogne

and 2nd some street entertainers in Hardelot - a 'posh' holiday spot further down the  coast.


We managed to get almost all the things on our lists and I must confess to having bought a really expensive handbag.  The most I have ever spent on one before and I am still reeling a bit from the shock

    Looks like you had a wet day but it's a nice part of France and it has some good markets over there.

    It might have been wet and windy Carol, but it sound like you enjoyed yourself. As for the handbag, A girl needs to treat herself occasionally. After all who else is going to do it.

    No matter the weather if your with friends and have pennies to spend it's always good, are we to see this expensive handbag then Carol, and it's wet and windy down here in the South West too
