CD Sunday - Beautiful Ballerinas

I loved visiting all the Blogs last week.   Some very different and beautiful shades of green were used in the making of many fabulous cards.

Now the theme for this week is my choice.  Beautiful Ballerinas.  I didn't choose the theme because I ever 'did ballet'.  So far away was I  from managing anything so elegant and graceful when I was a child that my nickname was 'the tank.'  According to my Mother  I never went around anything -  either over, under or through it.

Here is my card:

The bp and the image are from  'Dancing with Shadows' - Joanna Sheen.   I used one of my new dies for the frame and the big floppy flowers are from 'stash'.

I enjoyed making it and hope you like it too.
I will have a little something for the winner of the Top 3 and I look forward to having a difficult choice to make.

    Hi Carol,

    Lovely card, I think Tank was a good name for me, I was never allowed to do Ballet.

    A wonderful choice Carol, I greatly enjoyed making something different. I love your card, I haven't seen this CD other than in previews on C&C. I wasn't a girl for ballet either. Caz

    It's beautiful Carol. Love the frame shape and the flowers match the image perfectly.
    Good job we didn't have the same parents -- we'd have wrecked the place. I was always called likened to the bull in the china shop!

    Well you certainly manage elegant and graceful now Carol with your exquisite parchment, so who cares if you couldnt dance! I am loving looking at all the ballet cards, what a lovely challenge. Your card is fabulous, those silhouettes are so charming and your frame and flowers are so pretty. Michelle x
