I was idly looking through the lists of challenges on offer and there are quite a few - when I spied one that wanted vellum. Up my street I thought so I abandoned my coffee and here it is:
It couldn't be more Clean and Simple. One plain white scallop card, one red die cut sentiment and three of my own parchment poinsettias. I don't enter many CAS challenges as I tend to put a bit more on my cards and it does feel strange to hold back. Meg of 'Bits and Pieces' who is joining us as a Guest Designer on CD Sunday next month - seems to have the style just right. In fact looking at her cards has been a bit of an inspiration.
I hope they like it.

I am entering this in CAS Sunday Challenge # 65
I love your parchment poinsettias Carol, they are far more detailed and intricate than any I have seen before, you have nailed this CAS card. Thanks for the complement
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, simple and with your gorgeous poinsettias.
ReplyDeleteI agree sometimes it is hard as to do you put more on or leave it off.

Stunning Carol, I love those poinsettias and in this case less certainly works.
