What you can do whilst Mr. Blogger is down

I made this - sheer indulgence and it will have to be sliced and frozen as I can't eat it all myself  before the cream cheese icing goes off.


It is called a Hummingbird Cake and it is gorgeous.  So so sinful.

    Oh Squirrel you stole my comment!! I can be there in 2.5 hours Carol. Wouldn't want you to make yourself ill eating all that cake!

    Thank you Squirrel and Pamela. Just in case you are worried about my health I have kept just three slices in the fridge and have frozen the rest - about 15 slices.
