CD Sunday - Art Nouveau

Good Morning everyone. Well the New Year has well and truly started and as usual we have a Sponsor for the 1st Sunday of the month.  This month we are delighted to say that we are being sponsored by Peerless Designs.  Sarah has given us a copy of their Cd - Floral Jewels -  to be given to the lucky randomly drawn winner.
The design team were each given a different folder from the Cd to work with and this is what I have done with mine:

I used MCS to play around with the images and backing paper and then printed everything out and assembled the card.  For the first time I used the punch element and had great fun with it.  I went a bit mad with this newly discovered tool and punched out so many.  I wanted to use them all so I came up with this design.  I am still in love with  swirly dies so an  Art Nouveau card was the classic place to use one.  I did have to very carefully cut off one of the swirls as it covered the face.
I have now given this  as a birthday card to someone who loves Art Nouveau and Art Deco so it has gone to a good home.

Thank you Lynn for being our GDT for December and for your beautiful creations - and welcome again to Sue.  Sue had started as our GDT last October but sudden family commitments cut short her stay with us so second time lucky.

Thank you to all who entered our challenge last week - Think of a Number - and I will be choosing my top three later and will have a small gift for the winner.
Have a good week and please feel free to leave a message when you visit.  It is always a delight to know you have called.
