CD Sunday - Forever in Blue Jeans

Good morning from very snowy Surrey.  About the same as every where else I think.  We only managed one day at the show instead of the three but at least we did get to see some of our regulars.

This weeks theme has been chosen by Sue and what an unusual one.  I struggled a bit to begin with and even had friends emailing me various bits and pieces that might have been suitable but then I popped an old favourite Cd into the machine and found the perfect image.

This all came from Crafty Computer Paper - Card Kits for Men CD.  All except the button - which is real.  I decoupaged the pocket and the phone.  I think that the artwork on this image is amazing.  It really looks like jeans material and even the worn threads look as though they could be pulled and snipped off. So from struggling at the beginning I ended up very pleased with the card I achieved.  Just need to find a suitable recipient.  So it will go into the 'one I made earlier' box.
I hope you have fun with this one and please don't forget to say Hi when you call.

  1. Oh brilliant Carol. That CD looks interesting - not heard of that one either. This particular image is amazing - so realistic.

  2. This is a super card for a man, it looks so good. I struggled with this one too (can't remember how many CDs I looked at).

  3. great card Carol and your image is so like the one i was going to use but you got there first lol, the art work is so good and it will make a great teenager or male card.
