No - you are not seeing things - it does say Doily and not Dolly. An unusual and clever twist and has been chosen by Jocelyn.
I used this theme to make a birthday card for my parchment Tutor. One has to be very brave to make an all parchment card for a parchment tutor so this one has just a touch.
The lovely tea service topper came from La Pashe. The blue scalloped round mat was bought at a show and the parchment doily was made using a Pergamano Multi Grid. The mat and the doily were stitched to the background with blue glass beads. I found the backing card on Joanna Sheen's - 'from the heart of the garden' CD by Jane Shasky. I couldn't believe how well the flowers matched those on the tea service in colour and shape.
My fellow teamies have made some fabulous cards so please have a browse on their Blogs and I know they will be inspirational .

Such a beautiful card Carol. I love the way you use the beads to attach the parchment and everything matches so well.
