Easter Card - parchment

I am frantically getting projects made and things ready for the Sandown Show - see sidebar.  Have only  9 days left to get organised.
I am concentrating on an Easter and Spring theme and to this end I have just finished a parchment Easter card  using a Gilly Howe pattern.  I love Gilly's patterns and have done a few.  The 'egg' itself was quite easy but as they say the devil is in the details.  I found it quite difficult - believe it or not - to get the parchment rainbow liner to fit perfectly.  I am pleased with it though.

Do you remember all those miniature handbags I made?  I have decided to use the open basket style ones and fill them with miniature chocolate eggs.  I hadn't got quite enough of that style so I have been busy making some more.  I then discovered that if I fill them with the eggs they are going to be too heavy to hang from my Fotofall thingie so off to Amazon I went and purchased a more substantial necklace tree.  Well a girl can never have too many of those and it will always be useful for future shows - if not I will have to buy more necklaces.
I am now planning some parchment butterflies and spring type flowers.
